  • Chives1 unit(s)
  • White wine1 unit(s)
  • grated cheese100 g
  • Butter1 unit(s)
  1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
  2. Take the frozen Tortéi out of the fridge and as soon as the water boils add it.
  3. In a pan, add the butter and the garlic, already cut into very small strips.
  4. Wait for it to brown and add the cream.
  5. After boiling, add the white wine little by little, it will only take a little to add flavor.
  6. Add salt to taste and a little black pepper.
  7. Grate the cheese and set aside.
  8. Remove the Tortei from the pan when it is cooked and firm, it can't be falling apart or raw.
  9. Cut the chives to place at the end of the dish.
