- Peeled Tomato200 g
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Milk cherry cheese200 g
- Grated Fresh Parmesan150 g
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic.
- Add the rice and sauté then add the peeled tomato.
- Add the broth little by little and keep stirring until the rice is al dente.
- Finish by adding the cheese and mixing well.
- Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese accompanied by pot meat.
