  • Tuscan sausage500 g
  • Boiled rice2 cup
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Garlic to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Bell pepper 1/2 to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Put the oil and garlic in a pan.
  2. Take the skin off the Tuscans and knead them by hand.
  3. Place in pan and mix with olive oil and garlic.
  4. After the toscana has fried well, add the tomato, onion, bell pepper, paprika, red pepper and cilantro.
  5. Wait another 3 minutes and then add the cooked rice.
  6. Mix well and add the cheese, wait for the cheese to melt and turn off the heat.
