  • Water120 ml
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour480 g
  • Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar for 2 minutes in the blender until it creates volume.
  2. Then add the oil, water and salt and beat again for 1 minute until everything is well mixed.
  3. Add the mixture from the blender to a bowl and gradually add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder, stirring lightly until it forms a uniform mass. Pour in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.
