- Tapioca Gum1 cup
- Corn flakes (couscous)1 cup
- Stuffing to taste (ex: grated coconut, coalho cheese, ham, shredded jerky, shredded chicken, shrimp, cottage cheese, Minas cheese...) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Prepare the couscous dough and set aside. Ex: 1 cup of corn flakes and half a cup of water. (Without salt)
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Sieve the tapioca gum so that it is very fine.
- Mix with the couscous mass after resting and add salt to taste.
- Place the skillet to heat over low heat.
- Spread the dough in the skillet and let it heat for 30 seconds and turn the side.
- Put the stuffing you like and close the tapioca.
