  • Tapioca Gum1 cup
  • Corn flakes (couscous)1 cup
  • Stuffing to taste (ex: grated coconut, coalho cheese, ham, shredded jerky, shredded chicken, shrimp, cottage cheese, Minas cheese...) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Prepare the couscous dough and set aside. Ex: 1 cup of corn flakes and half a cup of water. (Without salt)
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Sieve the tapioca gum so that it is very fine.
  4. Mix with the couscous mass after resting and add salt to taste.
  5. Place the skillet to heat over low heat.
  6. Spread the dough in the skillet and let it heat for 30 seconds and turn the side.
  7. Put the stuffing you like and close the tapioca.
