- Very hot milk2/1 cup

- Condensed milk1 can(s)

- grated coconut1 cup
- First put the sugar to melt. And little by little, add water and then put it in the fridge.
- Put the tapioca in flakes in a bowl and put the hot milk on top and mix when it thickens put it in the blender.
- And add 4 eggs the condensed milk to margarine and coconut milk and grating coconut and beat.
- Then put only the egg whites in a mixer, then add the snow whites to the mixture and mix well.
- Take the shape and spread the syrup all over the shape then place the mixture in the shape and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Then 1 hour in the oven off.
- Then in the fridge for 2 hours, then just unmold and serve.
