- Milk480 ml
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan150 g
- Sweet chickpeas2 tablespoon
- Butter for to taste
- Take the milk with the oil and salt to taste over medium heat and stir until it boils.
- Pour over the granulated tapioca, stirring quickly to scald, and let cool.
- Add the egg, 4 tablespoons of the Parmesan and the sprinkle and mix well.
- Shape into balls with small portions of the dough, wrap in the rest of the Parmesan and place on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
