- Talharim Macaroni300 g
- Cleaned and peeled shrimp300 g
- Diced onion1 unit(s)
- White wine50 ml
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Freshly grated Parmesan100 g
- Chopped Parsley6 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Put the pasta to cook in boiling water and salt. Until it's al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, brown the onion, then brown the shrimp.
- With everything golden add the white wine and mix well. Once it boils, add the curd.
- Then the cream, hit the salt, pepper and half of parsley.
- With the pasta ready, put it in that pan and then put the parmesan. Mix well and finish with parsley and serve hot.
