Tagliatelle with Shrimp and Parmesan

  • Talharim Macaroni300 g
  • Cleaned and peeled shrimp300 g
  • Diced onion1 unit(s)
  • White wine50 ml
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Freshly grated Parmesan100 g
  • Chopped Parsley6 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Put the pasta to cook in boiling water and salt. Until it's al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, brown the onion, then brown the shrimp.
  3. With everything golden add the white wine and mix well. Once it boils, add the curd.
  4. Then the cream, hit the salt, pepper and half of parsley.
  5. With the pasta ready, put it in that pan and then put the parmesan. Mix well and finish with parsley and serve hot.
