Fresh noodles400 g
Tuscan sausage300 g
Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Tomato sauce600 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese ball1 cup
Basil to taste

In a pan with olive oil, brown the sausage, add onion and brown too.
Season with salt and black pepper, add the tomato sauce, lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta according to package directions and add to the sauce.
Finish with the cheese and basil leaves.
