Tagliatelle with pepperoni and broccoli

  • Talharim Macaroni500 g
  • Dry pepperoni sausage300 g
  • Broccoli250 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, bring 2 liters of water to boil.
  2. After the water boils, add the noodles and cook until soft (about 10 minutes). Drain and reserve.
  3. Wash broccoli and chop into small florets. Reserve.
  4. Cut the pepperoni into small cubes and set aside.
  5. Cut the garlic cloves very small.
  6. In a large skillet, heat the oil and lightly brown the garlic.
  7. Add the pepperoni and let it brown.
  8. Then add the broccoli and sauté a little, leaving it still crispy.
  9. Add the reserved noodles. Mix well. If necessary, adjust the salt.
  10. Place in a refractory and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving.
