- Talharim Macaroni500 g
- Dry pepperoni sausage300 g
- Broccoli250 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, bring 2 liters of water to boil.
- After the water boils, add the noodles and cook until soft (about 10 minutes). Drain and reserve.
- Wash broccoli and chop into small florets. Reserve.
- Cut the pepperoni into small cubes and set aside.
- Cut the garlic cloves very small.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and lightly brown the garlic.
- Add the pepperoni and let it brown.
- Then add the broccoli and sauté a little, leaving it still crispy.
- Add the reserved noodles. Mix well. If necessary, adjust the salt.
- Place in a refractory and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving.
