  • Noodles400 to taste
  • Fresh cream500 ml
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Sliced Sitake200 g
  • Dry red wine100 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut into slices.
  2. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion. Add the mushroom and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the wine and when it has evaporated, add the fresh cream and let it boil for 3 cooking times.
  4. That's exactly how long you'll need to cook the pasta. Remove the pasta from the cooking water and transfer directly to the sauce. Finish with green smell!
