Bata bem todos os ingredientes no liquidificador menos o côco ralado. Depois de bem batido, acrescente o côco e bata rapidamente só para misturar. Despeje numa fôrma untada com manteiga e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200° até dourar. O meu ficou no forno por 40 minutos aproximadamente. Faça o teste do palito antes de retirar do forno para ter certeza que assou por dentro também. Desenforme ainda morno e sirva gelado (se conseguir esperar 😂).

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the grated coconut. After well beaten, add the coconut and beat quickly just to mix. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden. Mine was in the oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test before taking it out of the oven to make sure it's baked inside too. Unmold while still warm and serve cold (if you can wait 😂).

✔ Atualizando: Não vai fermento na receita. A fôrma é untada somente com manteiga ou margarina, não precisa da farinha e também NÃO assa em banho maria, a fôrma vai direto ao forno.
