Boiled Sweet Potato500 g
Sour cream1 can(s)
Chicken (can be ground beef or jerky)200 g
Onion, chili, cilantro and other spices to taste
Cheese of your choice (I also added ham) to taste

Add the cooked sweet potato into small pieces in the blender, add the cream and beat gradually (if necessary, add a little water to mix better)
After the dough is ready, put 1 layer in a container. Saute the stuffing ingredients and add to the container.
Continue alternating between the dough and the filling. Finally, finish with cheese, ham, oregano... Whichever you prefer!
