- Sweet potato, boiled and well mashed1 cup
- Water or vegetable broth2 cup
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Put all the ingredients in the machine and program the jelly cycle. Leave until the end of the cycle.
- When done, remove the dough and let it cool. Knead until smooth.
- Make rolls, cut with the knife, forming the gnocchi. Place in a refractory with the sauce of your choice. Place in the oven until boiling.
