- Sweet Potato200 g
- Rice or oat flour to taste
- Grated Parmesan20 g
- Salt to taste
- Bake the sweet potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil until they are tender (you can easily pierce them with a fork). ⚠️ Very important that they are not cooked in water!
- Mash the sweet potato (preferably still warm) with the help of a fork.
- If you feel the need to combine, add a little flour. Shape the esfihas (don't leave the layers too thick) and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15min;
- Take it out of the oven, put the stuffing you prefer (Cheese, chicken, meat, mushrooms, etc);
- Return the esfihas to the oven at 200 degrees and leave for another 10 minutes.
