Sweet Potato, Boiled500 g
Sweet sprinkle250 g
sour starch250 g
Oil or sweet olive oil150 ml
Water80 ml
Salt2 teaspoon
Chia1 to taste

Mash the cooked potato well and add the liquids.
Add the sprinkles little by little and mix with your hands until the dough completely separates from the bowl (sometimes you don't need to use all the sprinkle in the recipe)
Grease your hands with sweet olive oil or oil to shape air into balls and add more moisture to the dough.
No need to grease the form, put it to bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 30 minutes
