- Sweet sprinkle2 cup
- sour starch1 cup
- Olive oil6 ml
- Water3/4 cup
- Flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes, add the sweet sprinkle, sour sprinkle, olive oil, water, flaxseed and salt.
- Mix well until it forms a soft dough.
- If necessary, add a little more water until it releases from the bowl.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and put the oil in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
