  • 1 cup of milk240 ml
  • 1 cup of oil240 ml
  • 1 cup of sugar240 ml
  • 1 cup cornmeal240 ml
  • 1 cup of wheat flour240 ml
  • 3 eggs3 unit(s)
  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chopped or sliced guava to taste
  1. Put the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender.
  2. Beat well until smooth
  3. Then add the wheat and cornmeal and beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  4. Add the Royal powder and mix well
  5. Grease a mold with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal
  6. Pour the dough into the baking dish and finally put the guava paste and sink the guava pieces a little
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 230 degrees
