- 1 cup of milk240 ml
- 1 cup of oil240 ml
- 1 cup of sugar240 ml
- 1 cup cornmeal240 ml
- 1 cup of wheat flour240 ml
- 3 eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 tablespoon of cake yeast1 tablespoon
- Chopped or sliced guava to taste
- Put the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender.
- Beat well until smooth
- Then add the wheat and cornmeal and beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the Royal powder and mix well
- Grease a mold with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal
- Pour the dough into the baking dish and finally put the guava paste and sink the guava pieces a little
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 230 degrees
