  • Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and with a wooden spoon, or with your hands, mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 quantities, and with a rolling pin, open each one, and sprinkle with wheat flour.
  3. Stuff the pasta with the filling of your choice, in mine I used cheese and ham to be more practical.
  4. Close with the help of a fork, pass the yolk on top of each one and put it in a shape.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
