- Wheat flour800 mg
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 mg
- Warm water2.1/2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- In a bowl, place the yeast, sugar, oil and mix well. Add salt and mix some more. Put it in the water and stir a little. Add the flour little by little. Knead this dough very well, for about 20 minutes, until it comes off of your hands. Cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled in size. Shape the buns and let rise for another half hour. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
