  • Ripe dwarf bananas8 unit(s)
  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour200 g
  • Water125 ml
  • Black seedless raisins100 g
  • Sunflower oil1/4 cup
  • Organic Yeast8 g
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Leave the raisins in a bowl of water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a blender add the raisins with the water and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Add 6 bananas (reserve 2 for topping) and the eggs and beat for a few more minutes.
  4. Place in a bowl and add the cassava flour little by little, stirring gently.
  5. Add the yeast and mix slowly
  6. Grease a 25 cm round shape with oil and sprinkle with manioc flour
  7. Put the dough and decorate it with the sliced bananas. sprinkle with cinnamon
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
