Cozinhe as batatas com casca e o sal por aproximadamente 10 minutos, depois tire a tampa e o miolo e reserve.

Em uma panela frite o bacon e a calabresa, após misture o miolo da batata. Coloque as batatas cozinhas em um refratário e recheie com o bacon e a calabresa, para finalizar coloque queijo por cima e leve ao forno 200° por 30 minutos
