  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese180 g
  • Fried Bacon to taste
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Chives to taste
  1. Divide the potato in half (after cooked), then leave a cavity in each one and leave them separate.
  2. In a bowl, mix the potato masses with salt, pepper, egg, mozzarella cheese, fried bacon and sour cream, mix well
  3. On a platter, place the two potatoes and distributing in each cavity a little cheese, the mixture of the potato masses, fried bacon, plus a little mozzarella cheese on top, bacon and finish with chopped chives.
  4. Bake at 230°C for about 20 minutes
