- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Butter | 2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour | 2 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Yeast | 1 to taste
- Diced Mozzarella | 50 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Cook the potatoes with salt until they are pureed. Squeeze them in the juicer and set aside in a bowl. Add the egg, butter and flour. Knead by hand until well mixed. Add the yeast.
- Pass flour in your hand and make small balls with the dough, filling each one with a cube of mozzarella.
- Boil water with oil in a tall pan. Place the balls one by one and as they rise, remove them with a slotted spoon. Reserve in a pyrex.
