Wheat flour with yeast1 kg
Milk3 cup
grated cheese100 g
Oil1 cup
Salt1 dessert spoon
shredded mozzarella cheese400 g
Shredded ham350 g
Oregano30 g
Cream cheese1 cup
Eggs2 unit(s)

Place the eggs, grated cheese, oil, milk, salt and wheat flour in a blender and blend for 6 minutes.
In a bowl, place the mozzarella cheese, ham, oregano, curd and mix.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and place half of the dough
Distribute the filling over the dough and place the rest of the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes, until golden and the toothpick test comes out clean.
