- Wheat4 cup

- Ham100 g
- Salt to taste
- Beat the milk, water, oil, yeast, eggs and sugar in a blender for approximately 30 seconds.
- Place this mixture in a bowl and add the wheat and salt to taste, stir and pour into a greased and floured roast.
