- Wheat flour550 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Dry Biological Yeast20 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil50 ml
- Water250 ml
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella400 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Add the oil, the egg and the water until it starts to knead.
- Knead for 10 to 15 min.
- Grow in a covered container or plastic bag for 30 minutes. Or even double the volume.
- Open the dough with the rolling pin and fill with the ham and the mozzarella and the finely chopped onion.
- Close the dough and cut into small loaves the size of 4 fingers.
- Let rise for 10 minutes
- Brush yolk and add oregano
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or so.
