YEAST10 g
MARGARINE OR OIL2 tablespoon
WARM WATER250 ml
FILLING to taste
MOZSARELA250 g
CHOPPED TOMATO2 cup
CHOPPED ONION1 cup
HAM250 g
GREEN CORN1 unit(s)
grated pepperoni1 unit(s)

LET'S MAKE THE DOUGH in a bowl put the warm water the yeast mix well
add the eggs, the salt, the margarine and the wheat mix everything and let's knead this dough for 5 minutes until the dough leaves your hand the dough cannot be dry, it has to be a dough that will not stick to your hand, let it rest for 30 minutes covered
divide the dough into two halves, roll out into a rectangle
filling
mix the corn, tomato and onion with a pinch of salt
On top of each rectangle you place the ham the sauce with the tomato, onion and corn mixture
put the cheese on top
now you are going to close this bread in a way that our filling will not leak
pull the two sides of the dough over the filling take the dough from the top and roll it up like you are going to make a roulade roll it up carefully put it in a mold and let it rest for 1 hour to ferment the dough
brush with an egg yolk and bake for 25 minutes over high heat
ready it's baked!! It only cools down and you can serve or sell!
