- boneless chicken breast500 g
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- corn1 can(s)
- Champion1 to taste
- sour cream1 unit(s)
- salt1 to taste
- crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- turmeric1 coffee spoon
- cut the chicken into cubes and in a pan put the garlic and oil and sauté, then add the chicken turmeric and salt. Add lukewarm water just to cover the chicken and let it cook on low heat.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add the corn, mushrooms and let it cook a little longer, when the heat is off, add the cream.
- Tips: Serve with white rice and potato straw
