- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
- Peel and grate or cut the garlic into small pieces, place in a pan with a thread of oil and mix with the gerimun, bring to low heat and stir for 1 minute!
- Then add the 3 cups of rice and stir for another 1 minute. After that, add water to cover the rice and add salt, colocal and paprika to taste, increase the heat and let it boil. After it starts to boil, tempe and lower the fire a little and leave it until the water dries up.
