- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Spinach100 g
- Butter to taste
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In the processor add the spinach and flour and let it process a lot until it forms a dough
- Cut the dough with scissors forming these little leaves and throw them in boiling water until they float or cook well.
- Add the pasta to the buttered pan and season with salt, black pepper and fresh herbs and serve.
