- Coconut oil1 coffee spoon
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Spinach30 g
- Salt to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or with the help of a mixer. When the dough is homogeneous, just put half of it in a hot skillet (no need to grease), let it brown on both sides.
- Then fill it as you see fit. I used beef and finished with homemade tomato sauce and freshly grated cheese.
