Noodles for yakisoba (noodles350 g
Vegetable oil2 tablespoon
Sesame oil1/2 tablespoon
Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
Chopped Ginger2 teaspoon
Pepperoni2 tablespoon
Shoyu1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar2 teaspoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Macaroni Cooking Water1/2 cup
Sesame to taste
Chives to taste

Prepare the macaroni according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.
Over medium heat, heat the oils. When they are hot, add the garlic, ginger and pepper. Fry until the garlic is golden.
Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the peanut butter and stir once more.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and reserve the cooking water.
Add 1/2 cup of the cooking water to the sauce and mix well. The sauce has a more fluid consistency.
Mix the sauce with the pasta
Serve with sesame and chives
