- Vegetable oil2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil1/2 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Ginger2 teaspoon
- Pepperoni2 tablespoon
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Macaroni Cooking Water1/2 cup
- Sesame to taste
- Chives to taste
- Prepare the macaroni according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.
- Over medium heat, heat the oils. When they are hot, add the garlic, ginger and pepper. Fry until the garlic is golden.
- Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the peanut butter and stir once more.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and reserve the cooking water.
- Add 1/2 cup of the cooking water to the sauce and mix well. The sauce has a more fluid consistency.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta
- Serve with sesame and chives
