- Penne cooked al dente5 cup
- Ground beef200 g
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Mashed Gorgonzola3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese cubes1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped Green Spice2 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic. Add the paprika and mix.
- Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper and stir to brown the meat.
- When the meat is cooked, add the tomato sauce and mix.
- Adjust the salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Finish with the green seasoning.
- In a baking dish, mix the meat sauce with the pasta.
- Distribute the cheese cubes on top and sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese.
- Take to preheated oven 200ÂșC to heat for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
