- Mashed ricotta01 cup
- Cream Cheese Light150 g
- Skimmed milk1/4 cup
- Tomato Sauce01 tablespoon
- Light grated Parmesan cheese01 cup
- Drained palm heart300 g
- Light Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- First cut the hearts of palm into not too thin slices and then arrange them in the refractory and set aside.
- Then beat the skimmed milk, cream cheese, tomato sauce, salt and oregano very well in the blender.
- After pouring this mixture over the hearts of palm and interspersing with the ricotta and basil, finishing with the mixture.
- Put the light Parmesan cheese on top and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes to brown in a preheated medium oven.
