Spaghetti400 g
Butter100 g
Brazilian Zucchini300 g
Wheat flour100 g
Fresh cream100 ml
Milk400 ml
Parsley to taste
Chives to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
Parmesan cheese to taste

Put the water to heat and chop all the ingredients, because the preparation is quick
Saute the zucchini with onion and garlic to taste
In a large skillet, heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
Put the spaghetti on to cook
Gradually add the flour, mixing well until completely dissolved.
Add the milk until you get a sauce point and add the sautéed zucchini.
Drain and add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce.
Add the parsley, chives, and correct the creaminess of the sauce with the fresh cream if necessary, stirring until smooth.
Adjust salt and pepper if necessary and serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your food!
