- Spaghetti400 g
- Butter100 g
- Brazilian Zucchini300 g
- Wheat flour100 g
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Milk400 ml
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Put the water to heat and chop all the ingredients, because the preparation is quick
- Saute the zucchini with onion and garlic to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Put the spaghetti on to cook
- Gradually add the flour, mixing well until completely dissolved.
- Add the milk until you get a sauce point and add the sautéed zucchini.
- Drain and add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce.
- Add the parsley, chives, and correct the creaminess of the sauce with the fresh cream if necessary, stirring until smooth.
- Adjust salt and pepper if necessary and serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your food!
