- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Spaghetti250 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta, let it al dente and set aside. Place 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a pan, sear the shrimp already seasoned with lemon juice, salt and black pepper and set aside. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the onion. After the onion is sautéed, add the cream and cream cheese, leave it on low heat and stir until it thickens. Once the sauce is creamy, add the lemon zest and shrimp that were previously sealed. Adjust the salt and pepper to your taste and add the already cooked spaghetti and mix everything together.
