Spaghetti with Roasted Sauce

Começe cortando os tomates em quatro, retire a parte do meio dos tomates, corte a cebola em quatro e coloque em uma assadeira os tomates, a cebolas e os dentes de alho com casca. Tempere com bastante azeite e sal. Asse em 230° por 25/30 minutos ou até tudo ficar bem dourado.
