  • Thyme1 teaspoon
  • Fennel1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil10 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan2 coffee spoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Pepperoni Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce10 g
  • Milk100 ml
  • Pink salt2 teaspoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Spaghetti350 g
  1. Polpettinis: In a skillet, place the oil. Add the onion, thyme, fennel, pepperoni and garlic. Mix and brown all ingredients.
  2. Add the bread crumbs soaked in milk and mix again. Then hang up.
  3. In the planetary mixer, with a medium dough whisk, add the ground beef, parsley, black pepper, salt, Parmesan, egg and 2 tablespoons of bread or breadcrumbs. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated and a compact dough forms. Then hang up.
  4. On a tray, place the bread flour.
  5. Take the dough formed with the meat and make balls and pass it in the bread flour.
  6. In a skillet, put oil. Place the polpettinis and let it fry just to form a crispy crust. Always stirring to brown as much as possible.
  7. Add the tomato sauce. And let it cook for about 6 minutes.
  8. Serve with spaghetti.
  9. Spaghetti: In a pan, boil water with salt.
  10. Once it is hot and bubbling, add the spaghetti without breaking it in half. The ideal is to keep the size of the spaghetti. Let it boil for approximately 6-7 minutes.
