- spaghetti noodles500 kg
- Diced chuck1 kg
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Large carrot1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Green Smell1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Red wine100 ml
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil, beef broth, garlic, onion, chopped carrots, oregano and the meat.
- Put the tomato sauce, water until it covers the meat and 100 ml of red wine of your choice.
- Leave on pressure for 30 min. The meat should be shredding when you release the pressure.
- Remove the meat from the sauce and shred it with a fork.
- After shredded, return the meat to the sauce and add green smell.
- In a serving dish, place spaghetti noodles cooked only in water.
- Place the meat on top and it's ready to serve.
