Spaghetti with Limone with Shrimps

- Spaghetti250 g
- Clean shrimp400 g
- Sicilian lemon (juice and zest)1 unit(s)
- Onion0.5 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley to taste
- Bring the pasta water to a boil. Add salt.
- Season the peeled and cleaned shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Put the pasta to cook
- In a deep skillet add oil and wait for it to heat up, grill the prawns for 1 to 2 minutes on each side and remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add more oil and sauté the onion, garlic and thyme.
- Add the fresh cream and bring to a boil and reduce.
- Add the lemon zest.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce pan and add half a ladle of pasta cooking water. Shake well.
- Finish by placing the prawns on top. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
