  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Chimichurri1 teaspoon
  • Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Spaghetti250 g
  1. I started by chopping the tomatoes with seeds, in a pan I sautéed the garlic and onion with olive oil, added the tomatoes and seasonings, added 200ml of water, covered the pan and cooked for 20 minutes over low heat.
  2. The sugar serves to balance the acidity, I like the sauce more chunky so I left it in the fire for a short time, if you don't like it, just leave it longer until it becomes more refined.
  3. I cooked the spaghetti for 8 minutes. You can mix all the sauce in the pasta or you can plate it just like I did.
