  • Recipe
  • flank steak500 g
  • Tomato Passata1/2 cup
  • Onion1 tablespoon
  • Celery1 tablespoon
  • Carrot1 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Spaghetti to taste
  1. Cook the spaghetti pasta as suggested on the package.
  2. Under pressure, add the finely chopped onion, celery, carrot and flank steak, sauté everything well, add the Passata and finely chopped tomato
  3. Add 2 fingers of water, season everything with salt and black pepper and cook under pressure for 40 minutes until the meat falls apart.
  4. Turn off, let the broth reduce and serve with the pasta.
