  • Bunch of broccoli1/2 to taste
  • Milk250 ml
  • Water250 ml
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Oil5 teaspoon
  • Crushed Gum Teeth5 to taste
  • Box of sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • Monosodium Glutamate1 tablespoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Clean the broccoli, removing the skin from the stalks, chop, also use the leaves and add the flowers and cook with salted water for about 3 minutes, or until "al dente", drain and reserve.
  2. Cook the pasta as usual and meanwhile in another pan put the oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves, let it brown, add the chicken broth, the milk, the water, dissolve the flour in a little water and add it to the pan, let it thicken, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the monosodium glutamate, add salt if necessary, add the cream and broccoli, stir and the sauce is ready.
  4. Drain the pasta and pour the hot sauce over the pasta.
