Tomato Passata

Minced garlic

Small onion (brunoise)

cherry tomato

Black olives

Parma ham or Spanish serrano

Fresh Basil

Black pepper

Salt

Spaghetti in tomato sauce with olives and parma ham

Picar alho e cebola em brunoise;
Deixar água da massa para ferver;
Colocar tomate e azeitonas no forno a 180°;
Refogar a cebola e o alho, colocar a passata de tomate, manjericão, sal e deixar cozinhar junto;
Colocar sal na água da massa e cozinhar a massa;
Após massa quase no ponto, escorrer a água e colocar na panela do molho para terminar de cozinhar;
Aquecer a parma ou presunto escolhido ( no forno );
Montar o prato com o manjericão fresco.



Mince garlic and onion in brunoise;
Leave the pasta water to boil;
Put tomato and olives in the oven at 180°;
Sauté the onion and garlic, put the tomato passata, basil, salt and let it cook together;
Put salt in the pasta water and cook the pasta;
After the pasta is almost done, drain the water and put it in the sauce pan to finish cooking;
Heat the chosen parma or ham (in the oven);
Assemble the dish with the fresh basil.
