  • Spaghetti Pasta500 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream300 ml
  • Chopped Bacon150 g
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Egg yolk3 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Fry the bacon, drain and set aside
  2. 1- In a frying pan, put the butter and the onion 2- Add the cream and nutmeg 3- Add the yolks (one at a time) with the fire off (beat quickly) 4- Light the fire and let the sauce reach the point (until creamy)
  3. Place the already cooked spaghetti with the sauce in a larger pan.
  4. 1- Mix well and add the bacon 2- Take it to the oven for 5 minutes 3- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and kingdom pepper over it 4- Serve :)
