  • 500 g spaghetti 1 tablespoon butter 300 ml heavy cream 150 g bacon nutmeg to taste 1/2 onion, grated 3 egg yolks1 tablespoon
  1. 1 Fry the bacon and drain. 2 In a skillet, place the butter and onion. 3 Then the cream and nutmeg. 4 Add the yolks one at a time with the heat off, beating quickly. 5 Light the fire, and leave the sauce on point (it will be creamy). 6 Place the already cooked spaghetti together with the sauce in a larger pan. 7 Mix well, add the bacon and put it in the oven for 5 minutes, covered with Parmesan cheese.
