  • Bacon250 g
  • Parmesan cheese200 g
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry with a drizzle of olive oil. After frying, add the crushed garlic and let it fry too.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling water and 1 dessert spoon of salt. Leave the time indicated on the package.
  4. Drain the pasta and in a container mix the pasta, beaten eggs and bacon, mix well because the egg will cook in the heat of the pasta.
  5. Serve while still hot.
