Ingredients

  • Macaroni | 500 g
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Bacon | 150 g
  • Gems | 3 unit(s)
  • Water | 2 l
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • Parmesan | 80 g

Recipe

  1. Take the egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt, mix everything very well and set aside.
  2. Put the pasta on to cook and remove it when it's al dente!
  3. Fry the bacon in its own fat
  4. Then add a ladle the pasta cooking water.
  5. Then add the pasta and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  6. Take the mixture of the yolks with the cheese and pepper! Mix soooo well and fast with the fire OFF for like 2 minutes!
  7. Then just serve with more pepper and enjoy!
