Ingredients
- Macaroni | 500 g
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Bacon | 150 g
- Gems | 3 unit(s)
- Water | 2 l
- Salt | to taste
- Pepper | to taste
- Parmesan | 80 g
Recipe
- Take the egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt, mix everything very well and set aside.
- Put the pasta on to cook and remove it when it's al dente!
- Fry the bacon in its own fat
- Then add a ladle the pasta cooking water.
- Then add the pasta and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Take the mixture of the yolks with the cheese and pepper! Mix soooo well and fast with the fire OFF for like 2 minutes!
- Then just serve with more pepper and enjoy!
